As THOR\'s Internal Communication Specialist, I actively work on developing and streamlining internal communications processes to effectively communicate, achieve goals, and heighten our team member\'s engagement and empowerment. Some of my initiatives have been creating and promoting our company\'s Mission, Vision, and Values, along with developing our Employee Value Proposition. In addition, I spearheaded our new company Intranet project and team member recognition program. I am also a part of THOR\'s DE & I and Corporate Culture Committees, where we work on inclusive initiatives throughout our organization. Through my role, I am in charge of all company communication, including messages from our Executive Leadership Team, newsletter creation, office updates, corporate memos, etc.
