I am an experienced developer who loves working with a great team, building software that makes our customers happy. I\'m a jack of all trades and am just as happy debugging into complicated multi-threaded race conditions as I am enhancing team processes in order to improve overall productivity. In my current team I\'m working as the lead developer, which means I\'m the first point of contact for any questions my teammates have around technical issues, priority or process, but I also still work as a developer and have been responsible for some of the most important features we\'re delivering.
