ABOUT JORDAN WALL

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Perimeter Aviation, I am responsible for finding and hiring the best talent for various roles in the aviation industry. I manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. I also collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the business needs and align the recruitment strategy accordingly. I have a strong background in professional and management recruitment, especially in the Aviation sector. Prior to joining Perimeter Aviation, I worked as a Consultant at People First HR Services, where I handled client, account, and recruitment management for a diverse portfolio of clients. I delivered high-quality candidates, maintained excellent client service, and contributed to business development and project management initiatives. Additionally, I have over three years of experience in operations management and labour relations, having worked as an Operations Manager and a Check Point Manager at GardaWorld. I am a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) and studied Computer Science at University of Manitoba. I have a passion for learning and developing new skills, and I enjoy setting challenging goals for myself and my team. I am driven, hardworking, and ambitious, and I value collaboration, communication, and process improvement in my work. My goal is to leverage my recruitment expertise and my operations and technology knowledge to help Perimeter Aviation attract and retain the best talent in the market.
