Key Responsibilities & Requirements:• Strategic Project & Process Management: Directing the full lifecycle of complex, medium-scale internal projects, from initial planning and process identification through to execution. I leverage formal project management methodologies to manage resources, budgets, and changes, while identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency to support organisational growth.• Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Assembling and leading cross-functional project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedules to ensure the timely completion of concurrent initiatives. I manage critical engagement with project sponsors and key stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison to ensure project outcomes align with and fulfill all business requirements.• Comprehensive Governance & Risk Control: Identifying and monitoring critical capabilities, project resources, budgets, and critical path issues. I report directly to project sponsors and the wider team to ensure strict adherence to timelines and costs, while proactively driving remediation discussions for any identified risks and applying new perspectives to solve complex problems.
