About Jordan Thomas
Originally from South Georgia, I now call the Pacific Northwest home specifically the beautiful Vancouver, Washington. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2011, starting as a sales associate and growing through multiple leadership roles over the past 14 years.After an incredible journey with Orangetheory Fitness—where I helped launch and oversee studios across the region, built multi-million-dollar clubs, and developed some of the best teams in the business—I’ve recently stepped into a new chapter with FS8 as a Network Performance Manager.FS8 is a global fitness concept that blends Pilates, tone, and yoga-inspired functional training into one powerful, mindful workout. In my new role, I partner with franchise owners to strengthen performance, develop teams, and ensure a consistent, elevated member experience across the network.As a former collegiate athlete, fitness and a healthy lifestyle have always been central to who I am. What drives me most is helping people grow, whether it’s team members reaching new milestones or members achieving goals they once thought impossible.Outside of work, I love to spend time outdoors in nature and spending time with my family and friends. Grateful for every single day!
