Jordan Tanner is an Sr. Operations Manager for Frito-Lay North America. At Frito-Lay Jordan has had the opportunity to work with diverse cultures from all over the world. Here he has grown as a leader and someone that his team members can rely on to get the job done correctly. Daily Jordan\'s direct reports are responsible for archiving attainment goals so the product is ready for sales. Jordan possesses strong traits, such as adaptability and critical thinking which will help him progress in any business position. Jordan has demonstrated leadership skills in many of the positions he had held. He has held leadership roles in Processing, Packaging and Warehouse. While working for Frito-Lay Jordan implemented a new process to reduce down time and help production lines meet goals. The old processes had caused the lines to not run at full capacity and impacted daily and weekly pounds. After the install of the new process down time was reduced from almost 15% a week to below 7% a week.
