As a Managing Director with Beautycounter (top.4% of consultants globally), I lead a rapidly growing team of female entrepreneurs who want to create residual income & time freedom while simultaneously having a strong social impact within their communities. I am passionate about helping women struggling with \"Corporate Burnout\" to turn their passion for clean living into a business that allows you to work when you want, where you want and how you want. At Beautycounter, our mission is to get safer products into the marketplace through our high performing yet safer products, in which we have banned over 1,500 chemicals that have links to human health issues. In 2018, I launched Jordan Strobeck Wellness, a site dedicated to helping you make more health protective choices - whether it be your personal care products, cleaning products or anything in between.

   Beautycounter is a Direct Retail brand with a mission to get safer products into the marketplace. When it comes to the personal care industry in the U.S, it is virtually unregulated. To date, the U.S. has only banned 30 ingredients from the beauty sector, whereas the EU has banned over 1,300 ingredients. At Beautycounter, we have banned over 1,500 ingredients from our entire product line. Although we sell through multiple consumer channels, the vast majority is sold through our network of independent consultants, giving women/men the ability to create lucrative incomes while having a strong social impact.
