I’m a mechanical engineer by training who found a passion for building and scaling business. Since joining HelloFresh in 2017, I’ve had the chance to grow alongside the company as we scaled operations more than 50x.Over the years, I’ve held leadership roles across Operations and Product. My contributions range from launching customer-facing products to driving operational efficiency and quality through process design & implementation, automation, and continuous improvement. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I bring a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving that’s helped deliver meaningful improvements in productivity, consistency, and customer experience. I’m proud to have led an Operational Excellence team that helped establish HelloFresh Canada as a global leader in, quality and efficiency metrics.Today, I serve as Chief of Staff, where I work across all aspects of the business.
