About Jordan Shah
I am a firm believer in continuous improvement and education in the workplace. A successful manager is only as good as their team. I have now been in retail for 15 years, and have learned that we never stop developing ourselves nor each other. I have spent time on both the merchandising and sales sides of retail, and I strive to continuously develop in both areas to become the best manager that I can be. I have goals to take everything that I learn on to the next level. I also work on developing my coaching skills by educating my team and fellow managers so that we all function as a single unit. No matter what, I want to produce the best numbers possible and have the best team possible.
