Jordan Serlin advises on Global Economics combined with Technology and currently is a Shareholder / Advisor for GleveVentures. He served as Senior Managing Director with Ford Allen, Inc, and as Investment Partner for the Ford Allen Fund, LLC. Previously he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Cenuco, Inc; A leading pioneer in cellular, satellite and wireless software transmission services. In 2004, Cenuco’s MobileMonitor became the first product commercially available to provide fully encrypted, simultaneous, bi-directional, live video, audio, and text alert transmission onto cellular handsets. Serlin spearheaded the licensing of the underlying video, audio, SMS, and transmission patents to Apple, where they became part of Apple’s FaceTime system, with options for further software development which continues today. Cenuco listed on the American Stock exchange in 2004, under Serlin\'s direction. During his time with Cenuco, Jordan was responsible for garnering Prime GSA contractor status with the Federal Government, including technology development agreements with multiple agencies, along with deployment contracts with the United States Air Force. Serlin also holds the designation of \"Certified in Homeland Security\"(CHS) level from the ABCHS. He is a member of both the corporate governance and financial forensics fellowships from the American College of Forensic Examiners, with a specialization in cybercrime/cyber security, SOX, international finance investigations, and Patriot Act compliance. In this venue, he has assisted as a consultant to multiple US, UK and EU Justice Agencies in a variety of investigative practices, resulting in notable convictions. Named one of Silicon Alley Reporter\'s \"Top Internet Entrepreneurs to Watch\" in the 1990s, Serlin was the Chief Marketing Officer for FortuneCity.com, helping to guide that firm to a $400 million Initial Public Offering, and a revenue sharing engagement with Time Warner, Inc, valued in excess of $100 million. Currently, Serlin serves as a Venture Consultant, working with leading global Venture Capital firms. As a turn-around specialist for problematic technology companies, he also serves as a Board Advisor for several ventures focusing on remote payment systems, trading exchanges, LEO satellite communications, wireless communications, AI, economics, and Government Services. Serlin has helped manage fundraising deals totaling more than $700 million for Startups, while saving VC clientele an estimated $3.1 billion in lost shareholders\' equity, caused by under-performing companies.
