As an L&D Consultant, Jordan supports the growth and scaling of L&D and Organizational Development departments and initiatives for Palæstra\'s clients. He reports directly to the CEO of Palæstra. His functions include, but are not limited to, updating and facilitating weekly team practice curriculum, new employee orientation facilitation, monthly on-boarding development training, team coaching, conflict resolution, HR systems advising, talent retention and acquisition strategy, all-team practice meeting facilitation, quarterly executive team off-site retreat leadership development programming and annual/quarterly corporate strategic planning facilitation. His current curriculum, management methodologies and toolkit specialties include situational leadership, prioritization matrixing, conscious communication, attention management, OKRs, SMART Goals, values-based feedback, perspective taking, The Work, The Empowerment Dynamic (TED), GROW Coaching, somatic meditation, mindfulness meditation and real-time conflict resolution training.
