Responsibilities: Source and recruit a diverse pool of top talent for Fortune 100-500 companies globally Build and maintain active pipelines for a variety of industries including: Tech Start Ups, Finance, Corporate, Internal, Non-Profit Participate in intake calls with to identify hiring needs Gather and analyze local market data to create innovative and competitive sourcing strategies Conduct interview preparation to ensure client readiness Responsible for managing the candidate experience and talent acquisition best practices, including the interview, feedback and selection process, offer negotiations, and extension of offers Act as liaison between client’s stakeholders, team leads, and HR Acts as career coach for candidates Generations ERG Communications Director: Collaborate across global divisions to create an employee resource and business resource group Bridging the gap between a multigenerational workforce through mentorship, teachings, and partnership across all lines of business globally Audit and create outgoing communication to the business and group members to ensure best practices and inclusivity
