As General Manager for Interstate Parking at the McAllen International Airport I have overseen the transition from a typical ticketed parking system to the most modern cutting edge License Plate Read parking technology on the market. Here at Interstate Parking I oversee the day to day Airport Parking Operations managing a team of Amazing Customer Service Ambassadors who provide exceptional customer service every day. I am responsible for all OPEX for the site assuring we are in compliance with our annual budget proposed to City of McAllen. During my role I have brought my experience in Continuous Improvement to the table where we have implemented the Lean Principles principles of Visual Management, 5s, Standard Work, and Continuous Flow. For the first time ever the site created their first Current, Future and Ideal State Value Stream Maps leading to a series CI activities for 2025 and the building of our transformation plan for the site. As General Manager I bring my Operations and CI skills to build upon our foundations and keep winning every day with our Amazing Interstate Parking Team. We know the sky is the limit.
