They serve as a key advisor to the Agency Director and leadership team, contributing to policy development, operational planning, and implementation aligned with accreditation standards and legal compliance.They oversee the Administration Unit, directing staff, managing performance, and ensuring high standards in evidence handling and documentation in accordance with Indiana law. A core part of their role includes developing and implementing comprehensive training, leadership development, and employee onboarding programs to support professional growth and regulatory compliance.This leader plays a pivotal role in human resource management, addressing employee relations, benefits, compliance with labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA), and serving as liaison to City/County HR and Payroll departments. They are responsible for administering and managing state and federal grants—identifying funding opportunities, ensuring compliance, and producing performance and financial reports.Additionally, they maintain oversight of strategic business planning, performance metrics, and quality assurance efforts to uphold the agency’s accreditation.
