As the Onboarding Specialist Team Lead, I oversee the successful implementation of our platform for new clients—from the initial sales handoff through to go-live. I manage complex onboarding projects, deliver personalized training sessions, and ensure seamless integrations with third-party systems to help clients hit the ground running.In addition to managing my own portfolio of onboarding projects, I provide leadership and hands-on support to a team of onboarding specialists. I guide team members through project roadblocks, conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and client success.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, from sales handoff to system go-live- Deliver training sessions tailored to client needs and workflows- Oversee and coordinate integrations with external systems and platforms- Support team members in resolving onboarding challenges and navigating project complexities- Conduct weekly 1:1s to provide coaching, feedback, and professional development- Promote best practices and process improvements across the onboarding function
