He began his career with the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in 2002, serving as managing director prior to his tenure at Mission Capital. Jordan has a master’s degree in real estate finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from American University.His responsibilities include business development, placement, and execution of real estate capital on behalf of major owners, investors, and developers nationwide as well as growth and strategy for the business. In addition to the finance business, Jordan’s responsibilities include sourcing and executing loan sale opportunities.Prior to joining Mission Capital, Jordan served as Managing Director at The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group LLC, a New York Real Estate Capital Advisory Firm that he joined in 2002. At Ackman-Ziff, Jordan structured and completed over $2 billion dollars of closed debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and joint venture equity transactions.
