Founded and managed a BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) to Medium Voltage Interconnection team to work with BV\'s internal BESS team and provide engineering deliverables to connect the BESS to a solar farm and then to the local utility distribution network. My tasks include creation of bill of materials, technical specification sheets for each type of material, GIS or AutoCAD based construction prints, structural pole analysis, sag line analysis, fusing analysis, create man hour budgets, human resource allocation, field data collection, and other engineering management duties. Review engineering plans for various power distribution projects in the greater Atlanta area. Collaborate with internal and external teams to see construction projects through to completion. Prepares a variety of complex engineering deliverables including design drawings, specifications, calculations, and design analysis for low and medium voltage power systems, grounding, lightning protection, lighting, and telecommunications.
