I am a business executive and sales leader at Solle Naturals. Starting our own company and helping others be successful in business as independent distributors, even if they had little or no prior business experience, has been so rewarding and has allowed me to gain the following skills-Sales and Revenue Growth-Marketing-Team building/leadership/management-Live trainings and events-Product development and launch-Promotions/incentivesI began working in direct sales in 2006 and went from working directly with Russia and the Ukraine, to working with financial professionals all over the world in a highly regulated public company as well as a privately owned company as well. Accounting is the language of business, and once understood, led me to marketing and sales and co-founding Solle Naturals. Over the past 13 years we went from bootstrapping our company, to helping thousands of distributors make millions in commissions as they grew their own businesses using our products. I love helping others find and achieve whatever level of success they are looking for and bridging the gap from where they are, to where they want to be.Working with our sales, marketing, software development, finance, and customer support teams has been a highlight for me over the years as we all work to create something memorable.Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, anything outdoors (hiking, fishing, hunting, snow sports, etc.), traveling, and making my wife’s Pinterest dreams come true.Specialties-Growth from here to there-Driving results through recognition/incentives/compensation-Team building retreats/workshops-Coordinating live events/presenting from stage-Boring financial stuff-Proficient in speaking Russian
