ABOUT JORDAN P.
I began my career in Accounts Receivable shortly after graduating college, allowing me to build a foundation that made my transition to FP & A seamless. I quickly transitioned into a Finance Analyst role at Mesa Airlines, where I expanded my skillset into forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. My time at Mesa allowed me to work cross-functionally, contributing to monthly close activities, and develope executive-level relationships across the company. After a year at Mesa, I accepted a position with Gen4 Dental, continuing my path in FP & A with much more increased ownership and responsibility. At Gen4, I’ve played a key role in budgeting cycles, ad hoc business analysis, and developing tools to track performance metrics. I regularly contribute to month-end close processes and lead the creation and presentation of financial reports tailored for leadership and operational teams. Regardless if I’m working behind the scenes developing files that bolster operations understanding of the business or if I’m leading the call myself, I enjoy bridging the gap between raw data for future operational decisions.
