My job at Appian allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on testing our software and partnering with my direct reports to grow them in their career.In-depth knowledge of Appian helps me identify potential issues even before they occur. I strive to be very thorough in understanding the intent of a given implementation to ensure better quality deliverables. I\'ve been told that I\'ve perfected the art of the bug bash.I recently have been working on a project to address a gap in test coverage by automating Appian\'s Hotfix Release regression testing using Python+Selenium. I enjoy this project a lot because it allows the opportunity to practice and improve my coding skills, while working with peers that I normally wouldn\'t have the chance to.The most rewarding part of being a Quality Engineering is working with developers to improve our product.Working at Appian is great. My colleagues are super smart and they teach me things everyday. We work hard but have fun along the way.I love cooking with my better half, Gabriella. I force my dog Rascal to cuddle me and greatly enjoy my walks with him each day. I usually try to spend some time playing video games. My current rotation is Apex Legends and Warzone.
