   Generate reports using SQL Server Management Studio and Excel to show gaps in productivity and help find areas of data quality improvement to focus on- Writing advanced queries to prioritize workflows by focusing on high-impact medical supplies used in high-risk and expensive procedures- Research and implement national and international medical standards (GTIN, UNSPSC, HCPCS) to the database to improve customer ordering efficiency for over items across 80 different accounts- Handle customer Salesforce cases regarding data inaccuracies and use SQL to locate and update the issues, resulting in the correction of over records across 100+ customer accounts- Audit co-workers queries and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy in reporting statistics- Assist in updating and revamping pre-existing processes to ensure tasks remain relevant and optimized- Responsible for the on-boarding and training of analysts on both technical skills and company-specific knowledge and processes- Act as a liaison between the analyst team and the rest of the company and help communicate findings throughout the organization to encourage high literacy and understanding of our analyses- Work with different teams throughout the company to create a process in which medical professionals and data analysts collaborate to ensure the database remains current and accurate.
