Whilst at PwC I had to grow my understanding of the importance of Know Your Customer/Client (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD), undertake investigations into the prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, produce and submit factual investigation reports, rovide support to analysts with feedback, queries and training sessions. In my role as People Lead I attend and deliver at management meetings, maximise the use of technologies to gather accurate reporting. I also complete remediation work for absent analysts. Previous experience within QCA/QC and iQA permitted the opportunity to deliver feedback calls to investigators, provide guidance and clarification in relation to policy and ensure internal quality scoring was accurate and maintained to a high level.
