ABOUT JORDAN LIDDELL

As a People Adviser at Northumberland County Council, I support the delivery of high-quality HR services and solutions that make a real difference. I hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR Consultancy and Business Partnership, alongside a first-class Master’s degree in HR Management from Northumbria University.Over the years, I have developed strong skills in customer service, Microsoft Office, and HR software, and contributed to a range of HR projects including employee engagement, performance management, and policy review. Prior to my current role, I spent two and a half years as an Assistant HR Adviser, gaining valuable experience in HR administration, recruitment, and training.I’m truly passionate about HR and its vital role in supporting an organisation’s mission, vision, and values. I thrive working with diverse, inclusive teams of HR professionals and am always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the field.
