At Bixel & Company we partner with clients to bring corporate meetings and events to Southern California. We handle the logistics of small to large groups in all capacities from themed events, entertainment, team building and transportation. We specialize in access to studio lots, private estates, and highly sought after clubs. My unique experience in both the hotel industry and the destination management industry make me a highly effective sales person. Being remotely located in the Northeast, I am able to better assist our clients nationwide. My role as National Sales Manager begins when the client first seeks our services and I continue to play an integral role throughout the sales phase, operations phase, on-site and post-meeting/event. Here are a few highlights of my duties and skills-Prospecting: identifying new clients through regional networking events, uncovering needs in the marketplace by staying on top of current events and industry trends, and tools such as LinkedIn and Hoovers-Proposal Creation: Showcasing our core services based on the clients needs, and most importantly exciting clients about the opportunities available through our services. Proposal creation requires proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications-Client Management: I am the client\'s point of contact from the time the program begins until its execution and beyond. I work hard to uncover and understand the client\'s vision for a successful program while embracing important factors such as budget, company vision and standards-Flexibility: the key to successfully serving our client\'s is to be flexible and adaptable to the likes, needs and wants of each individual client-Sales Basics: I anticipate my client\'s needs in order to be a few steps ahead at all times. I respond to my clients promptly in their preferred form of communication, and constantly evolve to better understand and serve the needs of each client.
