Construction Leader | Project Recovery Specialist | Superintendent Mentor & Field Operations ConsultantI am a construction field leader with more than 40 years of experience delivering commercial and residential projects across healthcare, multifamily, office, and military sectors, including work for the U.S. Air Force and Army.Having come up through the trades, I understand construction from the ground up. I see projects the way they are actually built—not just how they are drawn—which allows teams to anticipate problems early, reduce rework, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.Throughout my career, I have often been brought into projects that were behind schedule or struggling with coordination and execution. My strength lies in stabilizing those jobs by aligning teams, restoring accountability, and building clear execution plans that bring projects back under control and across the finish line.My leadership philosophy is simple:Everything is urgent, but nothing is rushed.Strong planning, communication, and accountability prevent costly mistakes and schedule drift. I focus on building jobsite cultures where trades work together, younger leaders develop into strong superintendents, and teams take pride in delivering projects the right way the first time.At this stage of my career, my focus extends beyond delivering successful projects.
