This involved weekly meetings, multiple governance and cross-functional team meetings, discovery sessions, and establishing strong relationships among design and product- Implemented multiple customer facing product to drive user engagement and decrease in bound calls for specific customer segment - Launched automation efforts for Capital One Auto Finance agents to reduce workload and increase agent productivity- Utilized multiple tools to help discovery for new product initiatives. This took the form of listening to customer calls, researching and utilizing existing Capital One tools that identified customer pain points, simple SQL queries in Snowflake to research customer segments / journey, and working sessions with operations team to highlight critical problems to be solved.
