ABOUT JORDAN JACKLIN
Hi, I’m Jordan Jacklin, a Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Media (Class of 2025) and a minor in Business Essentials.I currently work as a Media Support Specialist at Rogers Sports & Media, where I help maintain the health of Rogers’ video and audio networks. In this 24/7 broadcast environment, I provide Tier I & II technical support with engineering teams, troubleshoot real-time incidents, write advisory reports, and create routes for production teams across the country. Alongside that, I’m part of the Activation Crew at MLSE, representing the Maple Leafs, Raptors, and other teams through live events and fan engagement initiatives across the GTA.Earlier this year, I completed a Technical Operations Internship at Sportsnet, where I shadowed key teams in Radio and TV, Master Control, and the National Media Operations Centre (NMOC), gaining hands-on experience in live production and troubleshooting national broadcasts.I’ve also built a strong foundation in the industry through production and digital roles with CBC Sports, TMU Athletics, and several independent media organizations, developing a well-rounded skill set across broadcast, content, and fan-facing media.Let’s connect!Whether you\'re in production, media, or fan engagement, I’d love to connect.
