About Jordan Holland
As vice president, value based contracting, I lead our managed care division and product development activities for the organization. I lead a team that manages payor relations across four services of home health, home infusion, palliative care, and hospice. I maximize my leadership skills and years of data analytics experience to identify strategic value-based payer arrangements focusing on improving population health and streamlining hospital efficiencies.
