I have worked in many industries and sectors over the years, from oil and gas, to retail, to service and more (not to mention my stint as an MMA fighter). And through the experience of engaging with people from so many backgrounds and seeing the aspirations of those around me. I found my passion, helping people reach their potential and fuel their passion.I love to work closely with teams, developing their skills and communication ability to reach their potential, using modern workshop and coaching approaches.
