We do this through offering: Local warehousing: 6 warehouse locations strategically located throughout Canada. Product availability: Over ACs/PTACs on hand, 99.5% order fill rate Warranty: PTAC warranty that is 20% longer than the industry standard and includes ALL parts Value: We manufacture our units in partnership with Carrier HVAC hence there is no middle man and we pass the savings on to our customers.
