I am a highly ambitious and driven UEFA qualified Coach who commenced on the coaching pathway as a teenager and progressed to become Wales’ youngest senior football manager when appointed by North East Wales football league side Caerwys FC.As a dedicated and driven Coach I have demonstrated the ability to engage, lead from the front, maximise potential and build winning teams at First Team and Academy level and I am proficient in player development.I can also operate as a key member of a multi-disciplined coaching team and I have crafted a portfolio of experience and achievements through my coaching roles with the Real Madrid Foundation, Football Association of Wales and grassroots clubs.
