Jordan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals unlock their potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Holding a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis, alongside degrees in Cross-Cultural Business Management and Business Administration, Jordan brings a unique perspective to the field, combining a creative approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality services that have a lasting impact.Before the age of 20, he fulfilled two of his lifelong ambitions: playing collegiate-level basketball in the United States and becoming a qualified carpenter. However, his passion for ABA truly ignited after his sporting career, inspired by years of supporting individuals with special needs, including through his family\'s organization back in Australia. This early exposure to making a difference in others\' lives led him to pursue a career where he could blend his determination, creativity, and drive to make a meaningful impact.Together with his wife, who is also a BCBA, launched a successful podcast called The BC(BAes), where they share insights, strategies, and experiences related to ABA and their journey in the field. In addition, they with a partner created an innovative and unique Autism-Friendly Vacation Home in Joshua Tree, CA, designed with a focus on safety, relaxation, inclusion, and community—offering families a place to enjoy quality time in an environment that accommodates the unique needs of individuals on the autism spectrum.As a BCBA, Jordan prides myself on developing functional, individualized strategies that empower clients to gain skills that will serve them throughout their lives. His goal is to provide support that is not only effective but also compassionate, ensuring that each person he works with is met where they are, with respect to their unique needs and strengths.Jordan is always eager to connect with fellow professionals and advocates to further advance their shared mission of improving lives through ABA.
