As a systems engineer for MITRE, I have developed webpages and tools for the FAA. My work has included- Developing a site using the Angular framework, Express middleware, and a SQL back-end- Creating SQL tables of persistent, dynamic data- Building a router with HTTP requests to read and manipulate when needed- Designing site authentication system that integrates with FAA authentication process which conditionally displays pages and features based on user’s role, pulling information from SQL database to determine privileges; and- Crafting flexible shell scripts to let privileged users both add files directly to directory of a VPC and manipulate links stored in SQL database from front end, allowing team to upload modules without requiring knowledge of back-end.
