As the Manufacturing Operations Manager at Fastenal Company, I oversee all aspects of the production and distribution processes for one of the largest fastener distributors in the world. I have more than six years of experience in this role, leading a team of over 200 employees and ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.I have a strong background in engineering, with a bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering related technologies and technicians, and a previous role as an engineer at Fastenal. I provided engineering support to customers and internal teams in the areas of bolted joint design, fastener failure analysis, application-specific testing, and fastener training. I have extensive knowledge of fastener standards and specifications, such as ASTM, ANSI, DIN, ASME, SAE, and ISO.I am passionate about continuous improvement and growth, both for myself and for the organization.
