Portfolio Management: Accomplished investment advisor undertaking the task of listening, evaluating, and educating clients on investment solutions with successful track record of recommending and implementing proposals. Successful portfolio construction and asset allocation decisions in volatile markets as measured by capital preservation, diversification, liquid alternative strategies aligned with adherence to compliance and client suitability. Business Development: 15 years of experience working with Tier 1 and Mid-Market clients: Origination, Underwriting, Business Development, Relationship Management; end to end Implementation. Trusted advisor status based on experience including but not limited to: Real Estate:(Project Financing, Appraisal & Cash Flow Analysis, Construction & Land Development). Asset Managers/Developers: Re-positioning Loans, Interim Development Loan, Land, Servicing, Construction (Revolving/Non Revolving) cost to complete. Real Estate: •Meet regularly with customers/prospects to assess financial needs, conditions, opportunities/risks facing the market and work with Senior Bank VP’s to structure recommendation. •Ensure portfolio pricing is generating appropriate ROE both at portfolio level •Work closely with the team to structure robust credit facilities for the transaction •Ensure that robust credit structures are in place that will secure and protect the Bank while meeting the customer’s needs. Banking: Responsibilities include Origination, Portfolio Management, Relationship Management, Syndications, Pricing.
