Maintaining hygiene throughout the full building is priority at the moment. Supporting clients with day to day household chores (room clean), shopping, personal care for one individual is required and meal preparation. Administration (supervision) of service users daily medication, regular audits, assist with appointments. Although service users control their money allowance, budgeting and finance maintenance gets checked regularly by staff. I support towards outcome focused care plans, aiming to integrate service users back into the community, hopefully into independent living if possible. The project facilitates a range of different needs and difficulties with the common link of Schizophrenia
