About Jordan Duffy

I am a sophomore at Florida State University majoring in Actuarial Science with a minor in Business. I am a driven student with a current GPA of 3.9 and an active member of Florida State\'s honors college. I am passionate about exploring careers that combine math, finance, and problem-solving. Through hands-on experiences, from interning with Morgan Stanley\'s Wealth Management team to participating in Aon’s Actuarial Career Development Program, I’ve gained practical knowledge in risk management, investment strategy, and the actuarial field. Outside of academics, I enjoy getting involved on campus, whether it’s helping plan events as an Ambassador for the Student Alumni Association, or connecting with other actuarial students through the Future Seminole Actuaries club. I am also a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity where I actively help raise money for philanthropy organizations such as Camp Kesem and Neighborly. I am also very passionate about helping the community, and I have spent time volunteering for causes I care about, like Dance Marathon at FSU, supporting military families through Operation Gratitude, organizing book drives for the Book Smart Project, and more. After passing my first actuarial exam FM/2 I am looking forward to continuing my learning!
