   I am responsible for the comprehensive coordination and execution of project-related tasks within the flooring and tile industry. This role involves managing project estimates, material procurement and logistics, job scheduling, and installer coordination to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely project delivery. I serve as the key liaison between suppliers, installers, warehouse staff, and builder clients, including custom home builders/remodelers and tract home builders. • Prepare detailed project estimates and take-offs based on architectural plans and specifications. • Order and track materials required for each project to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. • Present and demonstrate product options to customers ensuring their needs and preferences are met. • Issue payments to subcontracted installers in accordance with agreed terms and verifiable milestones. • Support project management with accurate documentation, communication, and logistical coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in interpreting construction documents and blueprints. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently in a fast paced environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft office, google workspace, and construction management software. Experience working with multiple builders, builder clients, and subcontractors.
