About Jordan Johnson
I am a storyteller. The medium has changed a million times over, but I’ve always stayed true to my roots: connecting people through meaningful stories and experiences.Early in my career, I realized that marketing isn’t just about campaigns — it’s about people. I’ve led projects that brought together teams, communities, and audiences in ways that went far beyond strategy. One of the most defining moments came in 2020, when I worked side by side with colleagues to keep things moving during an incredibly challenging year. It gave me a front-row seat to the link between marketing and operations, and it made me sharper, more empathetic, and more resourceful as a leader.That perspective has stayed with me. Today, as a Marketing and Events leader, I lead cross-functional teams and large-scale campaigns that has spanned restaurant openings, festivals, and community-driven events. My role is equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and coach — building systems that work while helping people thrive within them.I take pride in resilience and curiosity. My work ethic has never wavered, and I continue to find energy in taking on challenges, building connections, and helping organizations grow. At the heart of my career is a belief that marketing is more than strategy: it’s a way to create spaces where people feel included, heard, and inspired.And I’ll leave you with this: when my three siblings and I were growing up, my mom used to say, “Make good choices, but be a risk-taker.” There’s no better way to describe my approach.
