As a social care worker, I was tasked with many different duties of the day. These included simple ones like ensuring resident had eaten to more complicated ones like updating care plans. I would also have home duties such as scanning and creating the food menu. I was given a key resident which I made sure their basic needs where met, while also updating their care plan and Positive Behaviour Support plan. I would also been needed to answer the phone and report concerns to safeguarding. Other tasks included:· Collaborating with social workers, GPs, and dentist· Keeping daily diaries up to date and filled out.· Supporting individuals with daily life· Being person centred· communicate and team working.· Cooking healthy meals· Keeping up to date with my training

In my previous role as a forensic mental health support worker at Nabida care management, I worked with a range of agencies to create a safe environment for individuals. I maintained accurate records, attended professional meetings, and supported individuals in crisis. I also helped individuals meet their goals and worked in a person-centred way. I am passionate about supporting individuals and creating meaningful relationships. I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northampton and a High School Diploma from The Chauncy School.
