As Data Operations Manager at Zion HealthShare, I work to align the strategy and execution of data operations across the organization. I with the help of a Data Specialist ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity of all incoming and existing data — from individual memberships to company, affiliate, and TPA accounts.My work focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights. I create custom reports and visual dashboards for leadership to guide strategic decision-making, while also ensuring ETL processes function properly to ensure our systems remain clean, accurate, and scalable as new data flows in from Sales.As part of my work in data analysis and data cleaning, I regularly use SQL to query and validate data across systems and support reporting needs.I collaborate closely with our Research & Development team, who lead our software development. I support them with the structure and integrity of our CRM platform, optimizing how data is handled at scale. While they focus on building and deploying new software, I support implementation from the data side — ensuring all tools and platforms uphold high standards for data integrity and align with our operational goals.In addition to data operations, I manage our Client Support teams, including Account Managers for both employer groups and affiliate partners, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from onboarding to ongoing support.Since early 2023, I’ve been passionate about building data systems, keeping data clean, and diving deep into analysis. I’m genuinely passionate about all things data — from structure and quality to insights and impact.

ABOUT JORDAN CHADWICK
Worked in lots of Leadership roles not only in my career but in my community. Was a manager at a restaurant for over 2 years, Director on a service committee, District and Zone Leader as a Missionary for a 2 Year Church mission. I also spent a lot of mission time training new Missionaries. Served as council member on various councils. and am currently the Sales Manager for a non-profit.I am a fast learner. I believe in the words of David Ludden, a professor of psychology at Georgia Gwinnett College, who explains that “it’s important not to think of intuitive and analytical thinkers as two different types of people because all of us are capable of both modes of reasoning.” it is not about whether you are analytical or intuitive in thinking that makes you successful, it is about knowing when to think with you head or feel with your heart. True success comes when we allow both thinking processes to work at the right times. I am great at both styles of thinking I do alot of analytical thinking in my work, but when it comes to working with people there is a time when you need to follow your instincts. Often times, the best way to solve problems is to use both our brains (analytical) to process information and then follow our hearts (intuitive) to make the right choices. Our brains do not know everything and not every solution comes by analytics. I am really good with numbers and data, but that doesn\'t solve the problem when a client feels like they aren\'t cared for. In that case I am also very intuitive and have been known for being empathetic to emotions which sometimes don\'t make sense to someone that is purely logical. True wisdom is not found in pure knowledge of all things but in taking steps of faith based on the combination of knowledge we do have and our inner intuition. I seek to use both my heart and my mind. being analytical means that I am very detail minded, but being intuitive means that I am also a creative thinker that thinks outside the box.I seek to go above and beyond everyday and help other go even further. I enjoy working hard in ways that benefit others. The happiness and satisfaction of those I serve is what motivates me to be better than my best. I don\'t believe that we are perfect and dont believe that our best work requires perfection. True success only requires a willingness to accept weakness, Improve upon it daily, learning from past mistakes, and aim to be better in the future. This is the recipe for success we all seek.
