ABOUT JORDAN CATULLO

I’m currently a sophomore marketing major at the University of Tennessee. I love connecting with people and making their customer service experiences feel easy and positive. I’ve always been someone others can count on, and that shows up in the roles I’ve taken. At Ever Knoxville, I guide future residents through tours, assist with questions, and help to create a welcoming environment. Before that, I spent years balancing responsibility and patience while caring for children, and I learned how to stay calm and solve problems as an assistant manager at the Chatham Fish and Game Club. These experiences taught me how to communicate well, stay organized, and support people in a way that feels genuine.Looking ahead, I’m excited to grow in the sales side of marketing because I love working directly with people. The face-to-face conversations, the relationship-building, and the chance to understand someone’s needs in real time are the parts of a job that energize me most. I hope to build a career where I can combine strong communication with creativity and work in a role that lets me make a real impact on others every day.
