I am a group and individual Benefit Specialist expert in communicating core and voluntary benefits to new hires and existing employees. I assist with on-boarding and processing all benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and open enrollments. While I do interact with many employees throughout the day it is my personal touch that each employee enjoys. While most employees consider company benefits to be confusing and cumbersome it is with each personal review meeting that employees understand, appreciate, and value what is provided to them. Conducting over personalized review sessions and using over 10 different HRIS systems I have been able to gain a knowledge and understanding of many medical, dental, vision, life insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity and disability programs.
