Architected solution for $1M+ engagement at tech gaming client implementing GDPR-compliant data warehouse. Acted as technical lead in optimizing data in Redshift warehouse for consumption in Mode reports. Also re-wrote SQL queries behind reports to account for new warehouse logic, optimized expensive SQL queries, and changed Airflow DAGs to account for new logic. Designed python and PySpark data engineering pipelines for a variety of customer experience analytics use cases at a tech-industry client including support ticket metrics, capacity planning models, and a customer churn model. Integrated Snowflake data with Hive data automated via Airflow. Used clean, transformed data sets as foundation of support ticket metric analysis and team capacity requirement modeling. Worked wiht ML engineers to bring automated datasets into a churn model
