Manage the Fitting Specialists, Master Fitters, Master Adaptive Fitter, and the Mobile Fitting Program to ensure a first-class experience for the consumers.• Work with Consumer Relations Supervisor to oversee consumer phone line, email inboxes, and chat conversations to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely and courteous manner. • Oversee all PING Proving Grounds operations. Work closely with Test Facility Maintenance Coordinator, A&T Manager, and Director of Tournament Players to ensure efficient operations of all departments.• Create, manage, and promote policies, procedures, budgets and goals for the Fitting and Consumer Relations department. Hold employees accountable to department goals and procedures, and policies.• Respond to consumer concerns and complaints and coordinate corrective action as necessary. Advise executive management of major issues and progress in resolving those issues.• Primary contact for website consumer review platform. Ensure proper follow-up for consumer reviews, products are properly listed, and reporting/feedback is communicated to all necessary parties.• Design and review management reports to determine the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Fitting department and Mobile Fitting department’s staff, policies and procedures and submit monthly reports to Executive Management.• Manage and track employee sick time, tardiness and update all calendar information regarding attendance by following policies and procedures outlined in the time and attendance policy.• Conduct performance appraisals, evaluations and reviews.• Foster a culture of advancement through regular and consistent training and coaching. Encourage employees to grow in their careers.• Collaborate with various departments on process improvements.• Partner with HR to continually recruit, interview and hire department personnel.• Primary liaison between Regional Managers and Sales Reps and the consumer relations personnel.
