   Manage the Fitting Specialists, Master Fitters, Master Adaptive Fitter, and the Mobile Fitting Program to ensure a first-class experience for the consumers.• Work with Consumer Relations Supervisor to oversee consumer phone line, email inboxes, and chat conversations to ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely and courteous manner. • Oversee all PING Proving Grounds operations. Work closely with Test Facility Maintenance Coordinator, A&T Manager, and Director of Tournament Players to ensure efficient operations of all departments.• Create, manage, and promote policies, procedures, budgets and goals for the Fitting and Consumer Relations department. Hold employees accountable to department goals and procedures, and policies.• Respond to consumer concerns and complaints and coordinate corrective action as necessary. Advise executive management of major issues and progress in resolving those issues.• Primary contact for website consumer review platform.
