ABOUT JORDAN BLACKWELL

I’m a healthcare executive who believes operational excellence and heart aren’t mutually exclusive. As COO and now Interim CEO at OnePeak Medical, I’m leading a fast-growing group of clinics that are moving beyond symptom management to address the root causes of health. With a background in nursing (BSN) and business administration (MBA), I’ve spent my career bridging the clinical and operational worlds, making sure great care and great systems work hand in hand. I’m energized by solving complex problems, aligning teams around a shared vision, and creating clarity in the middle of growth and change. At my core, I care about people and results, in that order. I believe in building high-performing teams who feel connected to their purpose and are committed to proving that root-cause medicine can scale sustainably, compliantly, and profitably.
