I’m an Injury Prevention Specialist, Exercise Physiologist, and Adjunct Professor of Kinesiology with a Master’s in Sports Medicine and a strong background in research, program design, and performance testing across lab, field, and industrial settings. Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Applied Kinesiology at Old Dominion University, I’m passionate about bridging scientific research with real-world application to improve health, performance, and safety.I specialize in developing data-driven programs that optimize movement, reduce injury risk, and enhance human performance whether in an industrial plant, clinical setting, classroom, or research environment. My experience spans NIH-funded Alzheimer’s prevention research, hands-on fitness and health assessment instruction, and the development of standardized training content for multi-site corporate wellness teams.What drives me is impact: turning data into actionable strategies that improve individual performance while strengthening entire organizations.
