I find that specializing in being multi-passionate allows me to cross-pollinate ideas from different passions to drive efficiencies as well as giving me a creative and unique approach to solving complex problems to have a big impact.I take time to invest in the people around me: coworkers, family, and friends. It’s extremely important to me to build trust and find ways to spark joy in what we are doing. But, at the end of it all, I can’t show up in the way I want to if I’m not taking care of myself.
