Partners with employees and/or line managers to guide them through HR processes and initiatives, with a specific emphasis on OD/Training processes and initiatives. Assists with developing and implementing training and onboarding programs. Supports HR events, employee meetings, HR initiatives & programs, including, but not limited to; the annual performance review process, engagement surveys, wellness program, recognition & training programs. Assists with updating and maintaining the company Policy Handbook. Manage administrative processes, e.g, employee records maintenance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
